Our parks are in secure gated communities with electric gates to limit access to people exclusively staying on the new developments.

Children are allowed to visit and have short stays but must not be a long term occupier.

All our park homes are brand new modern homes built to the highest specification. Your home will have gas central heating, double glazed windows, pitched roofs and can be supplied fully furnished. Telephone and broadband facilities are available if required. Homes come with your own designated plot with garden area and space for outside seating, private block paved driveway, fully landscaped manageable garden with turf and shrubs.

A storage shed or greenhouse can be put up as long as it meets Park standards. By working with the top industry manufacturers, we can create your dream home to order, ready for the plot of your choice. In addition to the choice of their standard ranges you can also opt for a bespoke home where you choose the furnishings and fittings, and even help determine the layout of the home to suit the way you live.

The time you reside on the park is unlimited. You will have security of tenure as indicated in our Park Homes Written Statement.

This is at our discretion per site but ideally all patrons should be at least 45 years of age or over.

Yes, we can offer you a competitive Part Exchange price for your home.

The price of your home will depend on the model of home you request as well as the furniture and soft furnishings that you purchase to go in your home. With two parks to choose from there is a wide choice of locations. A plot can be secured with a deposit, and you can then decide upon the exact model of home you wish to place on your plot.

Yes. Every home is sold with a 10 Year GoldShield Warranty.

The answer is they don’t. Our homes look and feel the same as a conventional bungalow with all the mod cons you would expect, such as double glazing, gas central heating and mains electric. The difference between the two is in the way they are built. Homes are constructed off site using steel or timber frame.

The exterior finish provides an attractive and weatherproof exterior. All new park homes are upgraded to specific requirements to meet the British Standard BS 3632 Specification for Residential homes and Residential Lodges so you can rest assured they are built to the highest safety standards and specifications considering stability, ventilation and energy efficiency.

Yes, pets are allowed although the numbers and types of pets are at our discretion.

Home owners pay a ground rent to the park owners for the plot on which their home is sited. This is usually charged on a monthly basis and covers the running costs associated with the business including maintenance of the communal areas and landscaping, roads and such factors as security and electricity for streetlights, sewerage and maintenance.

Other costs are much the same (or slightly less) compared to living in a bricks and mortar house. Council tax is lower in a home as they are classed as Class A Band. Modern park homes are built with energy efficiency in mind, so energy costs are generally lower than a traditional house. Other services such as telephone lines, satellite TV are purchased directly from suppliers such as BT.
